dBm Telecom Solutions Inc. is an incorporated Alberta company and since our establishment in 2001 has been a distributor of Nortel Enterprise telecommunication systems. dBm Telecom Solutions Inc. was created as an independently owned, technically strong telecommunications company providing a personalized alternative to the large Telephone companies. Our dedicated and knowledgeable staff has over 140 years of technical experience in the telecommunications field, most of which centering on the Nortel Enterprise product line.

With the purchase of Nortel Enterprise Solutions by the AVAYA Corporation, the Nortel product line has been re-branded and continues to be manufactured, developed and supported under the AVAYA portfolio of Enterprise Solutions. dBm Telecom Solutions Inc. is a fully authorized AVAYA / NES (Nortel Enterprise Solutions) distributor of CS1000, Meridian 1, CallPilot and provides sales, service, maintenance and consulting services on these AVAYA / NES products.

At dBm Telecom, we are proud of our “state of the art” lab and staging facility which allows us to pre-stage even the largest solutions prior to field deployment to the customer site for new installations and system upgrades. This ensures proper testing of configurations and helps to eliminate hardware failures before delivering to the customer site, ensuring a smooth execution and minimum customer service interruption.

At dBm we carry an extensive inventory of in house “maintenance spares” to support our customer maintained systems. This eliminates the need to source these critical parts when a system is experiencing trouble or worse is out of service – dBm has the parts.

This is a major reason why our maintenance customers can feel secure in the knowledge that dBm Telecom has the critical parts in our local warehouses to support their systems and quickly respond to and correct any service issue that may arise.
